Julio Cesar Rocha, one of the most recognized and respected young actors in Brazil today, was born in Sao Paolo. He is the second son of Anna Maria and Eduardo Porto, an engineer. Julio was an extremely active and inquisitive child and spent his early years engaged in a myriad of sports and activities, including trumpet lessons, as well as taking plenty of time out for his beloved soccer.
